I went and spoke with Russell and told him I wanted a twin turbo conversion and 600 h.p. on pump gas. He was nice enough to give me a ride in a customers z that was around that same h.p. so I could get the feel of what to expect. He also told me there would be a turn around time of 3 to 4 weeks. So I brought him my Z and purchaced all the parts he suggested I needed. After about a year and a half later he finnally tells me my Z is ready. (during this waiting period it was one excuse after another on what was the hold up ). The total cost was around $ 16,000. Thats not including the cost of the twin turbo motor and the Greddy TD05 turbo kit. When I get there I asked them to put it on the dino machine. It produced 321 h.p.. I told Russell he was out of his mind if he thought I was going to pay 16 grand for 21 h.p. over stock when he promised 600 h.p.. I left the Z with him to fix this problem. A few weeks later he tells me it was ready. When I get there he gives me a dino chart showing it pulled 540 h.p.. I was still pissed becouse he told me 600 h.p.. At this time I just wanted my Z back. I paid him the money and brought my Z home and put it in the body shop for a wide body conversion. Several months had past when I decided to dino it at a local shop in my home town. We did 3 pulls on the machine each showing 341 h.p.. I called Z1 several times and told them I wanted to talk to Russell about them pulling a scam on me by giving me a fake dino sheet to get my money. To this day he has never taken one call from me to explain himself. If you want to get screwed than Z1 is your answer. I put them on the chart next to Ztoyz.net.
